Top tips for using the club

  1. Bring your membership card
  2. Use hand sanitiser on entry and exit
  3. Wear a face covering on entry and exit of the building
  4. Come gym ready
  5. Keep time in the changing room to a minimum and shower at home when possible
  6. Please do not bring a sweat towel into the gym, use the blue roll provided
  7. Bring a water bottle pre filled to avoid using the water fountains
  8. Please follow the floor markings around the building
  9. Please check-in using the NHS Covid-19 app on every visit to the bar/restaurant
  10. Do not visit the bar/restaurant in groups of more than 6

We have also prepared the following tips for when you use the gym or swimming pool or attend any of our classes.

Gym

  • Quarter past the hour gym sessions every hour
  • 45 min sessions
  • Collect a ticket from reception
  • Tickets go on sale 30 minutes before session starts
  • Please wait in squash court 1
  • Gym team will show you into the gym
  • Please wipe down any equipment used
  • Gym closes for 15 minute thorough cleaning after every session

Swimming Pool

  • On the hour every hour from 7am
  • 45 min sessions
  • Collect ticket from reception
  • Tickets go on sale 30 mins before session starts from reception
  • Wait in the swimming corridor
  • Wait for the lifeguard to call you onto poolside
  • Shower and enter the swimming pool
  • 2 lanes in the pool 4 in each lane. Slow/Medium & Fast
  • Pool closes for 15 minute close down for thorough cleaning

Classes

  • All classes on offer are on our website
  • Each class has a maximum number which is reduced
  • Each studio has stations set up for you
  • Please bring your own mat however these are provided
  • Please wipe down your equipment after use
  • There is increased time in between classes for cleaning
  • All tickets go on sale 30 mins before the class starts
