ARMS

A strength-based class perfect for those who want to gain confidence in the weights room. Focuses on arm muscles through pulling and pushing.

BODY BALANCE

A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. A holistic workout.

BODY COMBAT

An empowering group fitness cardiovascular workout where you are totally unleashed. Inspired by mixed martial arts.

BODY COMBAT CLINIC

If you haven't done Body Combat before, this is the clinic you need to do before you do the full class. Introduces basic techniques and skills.

BODY CONDITIONING

Come and try a different workout each week! You'll be using your own body weight and some of our cardio equipment to really test your fitness.

BODY PUMP

A fast-paced, barbell-based workout designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. Focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

BODY PUMP CLINIC

If you haven't done Body Pump before, do this clinic before the full class. Introduces basic techniques and concepts.

BOLLYX

A Bollywood-inspired cardio dance-fitness program. A 50-minute cardio class which cycles between higher and lower-intensity dances.

BOSU

A rubber half ball attached to a rigid platform used for strength and balance training. For any level, expect aerobic activity, strength and balance technique.

BOXING

A high intensity class based around basic boxing movements and body weight drills. You will wear boxing gloves and use boxing bag for resistance.

Chest & Back

A strength based class. The session focuses on working the chest and back muscles through movements such as pulling and pushing using free weights and resistance machines.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

CXWORX

A core-training workout that uses your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection. Designed to improve functional strength

HIIT

High intensity interval training. Expect to use your body weight and free weights combining strength-based movements and cardio. Full body workout.

IYENGAR YOGA

A form of yoga as exercise that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of yoga postures (asanas). Often makes use of props.

KETTLEBELLS

A high intensity class using different sized and weighted kettlebells. Expect to use your body weight and free weights combining strength-based movements cardio.

LEGS

A strength based class perfect for those who want to gain confidence in the weights room and focus on the legs through squats, lunges and many more.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

A full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or improve their fitness levels.

MEDICINE BALL

A class using various sized weighted medicine balls. Involves a range of movements include throwing, lifting, holding and moving.

PILATES

A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Helps to improve fitness and wellbeing.

RPM

A group indoor cycling workout where your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.

SPRINT

A high intensity, low impact group cycling fitness class. Scientifically proven to get you rapid weight loss results. Combines bursts of intensity with periods of rest.

STRETCH

Pick between a foam rolling-focused class, a yoga stretch class, and an endurance class, which targets muscles that are typically tight and underused in endurance activities.

STRETCH & TONE

A group exercise class offering a full body workout which will leave you feeling de-stressed. Works your stomach, glutes, legs and arms.

TRX

Total Resistance Exercise. Suspension training using straps attached to a rig and your body weight. Develops strength, balance and flexibility.

YOGA

A gentle physical practice along with breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. Increases flexibility, strength, energy and vitality.

ZUMBA

A dance based workout class to latin and modern music. A fun, great way to shake a few pounds without you even realising you are working out.

ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
