Saturday Afternoon Karate

Karate at the Frank Lee Centre is for anyone from 6 years old to Adults. Its open to all abilities from beginner to elite. We cater for everyone!

Every Saturday afternoon from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. The cost is £75 per term. It’s open to Members of the club or children of members.

Term Dates:
Saturday 12th September – Saturday 5th December 2026
with no lesson for half term on Saturday 24th October 2026

Learn the art of Shotokan Karate with our instructors from Sawston Karate Club led by 3rd Dan instructor Tony.

Karate is great for cardiovascular fitness, general exercise and builds confidence. The lesson starts with a warmup and then basic moves and then goes into group training. For more details on the content of the class Email tony.falina@gmail.com.
